model:PT-MY1100 / PT-MY1300
Debinding & Pre-Sintering Furnace
Application: Built for one-chamber binder removal followed directly by pre-sintering of oxide, LTCC, MLCC, NTC, and ceramic-sensor green bodies. Well suited to labs and small-batch runs that need slow, repeatable debinding ramps without transferring fragile parts between furnaces.

Detailed Parameters of the Product
Introduction
The PT-MY series is a white-cabinet, box-type furnace that runs debinding and pre-sintering as one uninterrupted cycle. After a controlled low-temperature ramp removes the binder, the same chamber rises to pre-sintering temperature without moving the parts; a dedicated fume cabinet pulls burnout vapors out through a duct. Available in 1100 °C and 1300 °C grades, it is built for oxide and electronic ceramic green bodies where cracking, blistering, and binder residue must be avoided.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac

Advantages
1. Debinding + pre-sintering in one cycle — load once, run the whole program; no transfer between debinding and sintering stations, so fragile green parts are not bumped or dropped.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac2. Slow-ramp debinding control — multi-segment PID holds the low-temperature stage precisely, preventing cracking and blistering of ceramic bodies.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac3. Independent fume extraction — a separate fume-treatment cabinet on ducting pulls binder vapors out, keeping the hot zone and parts free of organic residue.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac4. Two temperature grades — 1100 °C with resistance wire (Type N TC) or 1300 °C with SiC rods (Type S TC), matched to your ceramic system.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac5. Uniform alumina hot zone — high-purity alumina fiber lining delivers even temperature; ±1 °C control accuracy.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac6. Cool, safe shell — double carbon-steel walls with forced air cooling keep the exterior safe to approach; over-temperature, burnout, and over-current protection plus tower-stack light.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac7. Flexible atmosphere — runs in ambient air, with inert-gas option for sensitive materials.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac8. Right-sized chamber — standard chambers from 300×300×400 mm to 600×600×1200 mm, with custom sizes available.9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere FurnacTechnical Specifications9eTMuffle Furnace,Tube Furnace,Vacuum Furnace,Atmosphere Furnac
