Introduction

The PT-MY1700 is a white-cabinet, box-type furnace that completes debinding and 1700 °C sintering as one uninterrupted cycle. After the low-temperature binder-burnout ramp, the same chamber rises to densification temperature without moving the parts, while an independent blower cabinet pulls decomposition fumes out through ducting. Built for oxide, structural, and 3D-printed ceramic bodies, it pairs MoSi₂ heating with a Type B thermocouple and a uniform alumina hot zone inside a cool-touch double shell.

Advantages

1. Debinding → sintering in one furnace — load once and run the full program; no transfer between stations, so fragile green bodies avoid bumping, re-contamination, and cracking.
2. True 1700 °C sintering — MoSi₂ rods and a Type B thermocouple deliver accurate high-temperature densification.
3. Controlled low-temperature debinding — multi-segment PID ramps remove binder gradually, preventing blistering and body failure.
4. Independent fume extraction — a separate blower cabinet ducted to the chamber draws decomposition vapors out before they deposit on parts or the hot zone.
5. Uniform alumina hot zone — high-purity alumina fiber lining ensures even sintering temperature; ±1 °C control accuracy.
6. Cool, safe shell — double carbon-steel walls with forced air cooling; over-temperature, burnout, and over-current protection with tower-stack alarm.
7. Configurable atmosphere — ambient air, inert gas, or optional vacuum, with flow meter and door-open cut-off.
8. Right-sized chamber — standard sizes from 300×300×400 mm to 600×600×1200 mm, custom dimensions available.
