The PT-MY1700 is a white-cabinet, bell-type hydraulic lift furnace that combines debinding and sintering in a single cycle up to 1700 °C. A dedicated exhaust blower carries binder fumes out during the burnout hold, then the same furnace ramps to sintering temperature — no transfer between stations. MoSi₂ heaters and a Type B thermocouple deliver accurate sintering heat, the hydraulically lifted hearth loads parts smoothly, and the alumina-fiber hot zone gives a uniform environment inside a cool-touch double shell.
1. Debinding + sintering in one furnace — a dedicated exhaust blower and duct remove binder vapors during the burnout hold, then the same chamber ramps to 1700 °C; no part transfer between stations.
2. True 1700 °C performance — MoSi₂ heating rods and a Type B thermocouple hold sintering temperature accurately at ≤1600 °C continuous.
3. Uniform alumina hot zone — high-purity alumina fiber lining ensures even temperature across the load, with ±1 °C control accuracy.
4. Smooth hydraulic loading — the hearth lifts from below as the furnace door; vibration-free operation handles heavy, fragile green parts safely.
5. Cool, energy-saving shell — double carbon-steel walls with forced air cooling keep the exterior near room temperature.
6. Programmable process control — touch-screen PID with multi-segment ramps and soaks; over-temperature, burnout, over-current, leakage, and gas-leak protection included.
7. Flexible atmosphere — N₂ / Ar inert atmosphere and optional vacuum; flow meter and computer remote monitoring available.
