PT-V1500 Vacuum Furnace

Application: Protech PT-V1500 vacuum sintering furnace is used for vacuum sintering of powder material such as,rare earth permanent magnet alloy, carbide, metal ceramics, etc. and vacuum brazing, such as high temperature alloy, cemented carbide alloy, ceramic, etc. The furnace is equipped with a mechanical rotary vacuum pump,roots pump and oil diffusion pump to achieve the required vacuum level.

Introduction:

Protech PT-V1500 vacuum sintering furnace is used for vacuum sintering of powder material such as,rare earth permanent magnet alloy, carbide, metal ceramics, etc. and vacuum brazing, such as high temperature alloy, cemented carbide alloy, ceramic, etc. The furnace is equipped with a mechanical rotary vacuum pump,roots pump and oil diffusion pump to achieve the required vacuum level.

Features:

Double layer steel casting with water jacket to support water cooling to keep case temperature lower;

High purity fiber alumina board chamber for the best energy saving;

The temperature is controlled by precision SCR.

The furnace chamber is ceramic fiber brick with excellent thermal insulation.
