Product Introduction:
This high-temperature vertical tube furnace is mainly composed of a material preheating furnace, a reaction furnace, a gas preheating furnace, a control cabinet, a gas supply system, a feeding device, and a material receiving device. The furnace chamber adopts a lightweight ceramic fiber refined furnace chamber, which is easy to slide left and right and can be sintered under a variety of inert atmosphere conditions; the heating element adopts high-quality alloy heating wire, which has a fast heating rate, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and fast heating; intelligent PID 30-stage temperature control, high temperature control accuracy.

Features:
1.Manual vertical slide rail opening structure, the reaction furnace and gas preheating furnace can be opened independently, making it easy to take samples.
2.Six temperature zones are independently controlled, which can form a temperature gradient or a longer constant temperature zone within the heating zone.
3.PID mode adjustment 30 programmable sections, can set multiple sections of temperature rise and fall procedures, with over-temperature and burnout alarm function.
4.Can be customized according to customer needs.
