Introduction

The PT-TL1000-S100 is a vertical fluidized‑bed tube furnace designed for continuous thermal processing of powders and granular materials under controlled atmosphere. It features a carbon steel shell, dual‑layer high‑purity alumina fiber insulation, and a stainless steel working tube (OD 100 mm × length 1200 mm), with customizable heating zones and tube top structure. The furnace supports a maximum working temperature of 1000°C, uses resistance wire heating, and adopts N‑type thermocouple with PID/SCR automatic control, delivering temperature accuracy of ±1°C and a programmable 30‑segment heating profile. Equipped with mid‑tube adjustable feeding, bottom gas inlet, screw extractor for heavy particles, flange sealing with analog vacuum gauge, and forced cooling fans, it ensures stable, uniform, and safe fluidized‑bed reactions for lab research and small‑batch continuous production.

Application

This furnace is widely used in material research, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and environmental laboratories for processes requiring excellent gas‑solid contact and uniform heating. Typical applications include powder heat treatment, biomass pyrolysis, catalyst calcination and regeneration, fine particle drying, surface coating, metal powder annealing, ceramic precursor treatment, and other fluidized‑bed reactions under inert or reactive atmospheres. It is ideal for experiments and small‑scale production involving continuous feeding, uniform heating, and efficient gas‑solid interaction in a vertical tubular environment.
