Introduction:
This box-type atmosphere furnace is an ideal equipment for copper brazing due to its precise temperature control and controllable protective atmosphere, especially suitable for high-precision and mass production needs. It can be widely used in air conditioning and refrigeration, power electronics, automobile manufacturing and other industries.

The box-type atmosphere furnace can achieve high quality, low oxidation and mass production in copper brazing, and is an ideal choice to replace flame brazing or induction brazing. The specific process needs to be optimized according to the characteristics of the brazing material and the workpiece.

Features:

1. Copper and copper alloys are easily oxidized at high temperatures, and the box-type atmosphere furnace can be introduced with inert gas (such as N₂, Ar) or reducing gas (such as H₂).

2. Multi-temperature zone heating + heat-resistant fan circulation is used to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace (within ±3℃) to avoid local overheating or uneven flow of brazing material.

3. The box-type structure can accommodate special-shaped parts and batch processing of multiple workpieces, especially suitable for precision components such as air conditioning heat exchangers and electronic heat sinks.
4. Support multi-stage program temperature control (such as step heating, heat preservation, slow cooling), adapt to different solder melting points (such as copper-phosphorus solder about 700℃~800℃, copper-silver solder about 900℃~1000℃).
