Introduction:
This Protech vertical fiber furnace vacuum furnace adopts lightweight ceramic fiber refined furnace, heating element uses heating wire, adopts PID intelligent program temperature control system, thyristor control, high temperature control accuracy, and the furnace material uses high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber. It is a vacuum furnace with three independent heating chambers sharing one vacuum chamber. The vacuum degree can reach 1x10-2pa. It is a vacuum sintering furnace customized according to the user's requirements.

Features:
1. The heating chamber uses molybdenum-containing resistance wire for heating, and the furnace insulation material uses polycrystalline fiber material, which has good insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no stray balls, high purity.
2. The three heating chambers adopt independent temperature control programs. Each heating chamber can be controlled independently, and the heating chambers do not affect each other.
3. The vacuum pump adopts a two-stage vacuum pump, a mechanical pump + a diffusion pump, and a digital composite vacuum gauge display.
4. The temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence adjustment, has PID adjustment and self-tuning functions, and can program 30-segment temperature rising and cooling programs. It has an over-temperature alarm and power-off protection function.
5.It adopts independent electric control cabinet control, making the operation simple and convenient.
