1. Overview:
This horizontal vacuum gas quenching furnace has a single-chamber cold wall internal heating structure, is electrically heated, has air-cooling cooling methods, and adopts a number of advanced proprietary technologies. It is mainly used for high-speed steel, hot and cold working mold steel, stainless steel, elastic alloy, Vacuum heat treatment of high-temperature alloys, magnetic materials, titanium alloys, heat treatment of high-temperature components of aerospace and industrial land-based gas turbines, as well as vacuum brazing and vacuum degassing. Operating processes and process parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, gas cooling pressure, process time) Automatic control, with the function of users calling, editing and storing process programs, and with safety self-locking protection, fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions.

This furnace is suitable not only for batch production of the same steel type, but also for single-piece or small-batch production of multiple specifications and varieties, and has good economy and versatility.

The furnace heats up quickly to a very uniform temperature under high vacuum and is able to cool down quickly to handle the workload. The equipment has high precision, fast response speed, good reliability, can realize intelligent control, has strong anti-interference ability, long service life, and has excellent dynamic quality; it is also convenient and fast to use, operate, and maintain, and has beautiful appearance.
