    Application:  PT-T1200-PGEP is a versatile ultrasonic spray furnace system designed for the synthesis of core-shell nanoparticles. Three major subsystems (ultrasonic enhanced aerosol generator, tube furnace, and electrostatic precipitator) are employed on three processes including aerosol generation, thermal decomposition, and nanoparticle collection. Such a system enables advanced synthetic method that provides control over particle size, morphology, and nano/microstructure.
