Description：
The Protech brand muffle furnace uses advanced alumina polycrystalline fiber material to refine the furnace, and the furnace surface is coated with high-temperature alumina coating, which effectively improves heating efficiency and prolongs service life; double-layer shell structure, vacuum insulation technology, greatly reducing the surface temperature of the box; PID intelligent 30-stage temperature control system, and equipped with over-temperature, disconnection, over-current protection and other functions. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving.

Application:
Mainly used in colleges, universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to conduct heat treatment work such as high temperature experiment, material sintering, composition analysis, quality inspection and so on.

Features of Protech muffle furnace :
1. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
2. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case.
3. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
4. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
5. Protech Company can customize different sizes, temperatures and functional applications according to customer needs.
