1. Safety inspection and preparation
Check system integrity: Ensure that the electrical system, protective atmosphere system, water circulation system, and electrical equipment are complete and normal, and the instruments are sensitive and reliable. This is the foundation for ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
Environmental inspection: Flammable materials are not allowed to be placed around the stove, and smoking is not allowed during operation to prevent a fire.
Atmosphere preparation: First, exhaust protection should be carried out, and hydrogen purity analysis should be conducted. If there is no explosive sound three times, it is considered successful before starting the furnace. When starting, it is necessary to operate from the side of the furnace door to prevent accidents.
2. Operating standards
Charging standards: Strictly follow the process requirements for charging, and pay attention to protecting the atmosphere from obstruction. When loading powder or chips (without bending), they should be aligned up and down, and the pads should be flat to ensure even heating and prevent damage.
Temperature control:
When heating up, it is necessary to gradually increase the temperature to avoid exceeding the safe temperature and burning the heating wire.
When setting the temperature, the starting temperature is set to 20 ℃~50 ℃, which can avoid high current surge when starting the heater and protect the main circuit.
The temperature of the dispensing section should be controlled stably and the time for heating to 600 ℃ should not be less than 5 to 7 hours to ensure sufficient dispensing.
Gas control: When heating in the furnace, if nitrogen, oxygen and other gases are needed, the gas flow rate should be stable and adjusted as needed.
3. Daily maintenance and upkeep
Moisture and vibration prevention: Do not let the high-temperature furnace get damp to prevent electric leakage; At the same time, avoid subjecting it to severe vibration to prevent the red hot furnace wire from becoming brittle and broken.
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the equipment, especially the water filter should be drained in a timely manner, especially for the air path, which must be drained every 4 hours every day. Regularly unblock the sampling trachea to ensure measurement accuracy.
Calibration instrument: To ensure the accuracy of oxygen content measurement, gas calibration of the oxygen analyzer must be carried out every month. At the same time, other instruments should also be regularly inspected and maintained.
4. Other precautions
Prevent adhesion: When heating metals and other minerals in a high-temperature bell furnace, they must be placed in a high-temperature resistant ceramic vortex or dish, or padded with refractory mud or asbestos board to prevent adhesion with the furnace.
Avoid touching thermocouples: When placing materials into the furnace, do not touch thermocouples as their hot ends are prone to breakage at high temperatures.
Prohibit the placement of harmful substances: Chemicals containing acids or alkalis or strong oxidants should not be placed in the furnace, and items with explosion hazards should not be burned in the furnace.
