1. The furnace is made of high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber inorganic material, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no debris, high purity, and the energy-saving effect is significantly better than other domestic fiber materials;
2. The entire furnace body adopts a double-layer inner tank structure with an air gap in the middle. Even if the temperature of the furnace reaches the highest level, the surface of the furnace body can still be touched safely without feeling hot.

4. The heating element uses molybdenum-containing resistance wire, which has a fast heating rate.
5. The temperature control system adopts touch screen operation, artificial intelligence adjustment, PID adjustment, and self-tuning functions. It can program 30-segment temperature rising and cooling programs, and the temperature rising and cooling data can be stored and output in real time.
6. It has over-temperature alarm and power-off protection function, and is equipped with a safety valve. When the air pressure in the furnace is too high, it will automatically deflate, making the operation safe and reliable.
